Hiring Recruitment Consultant – Freelance/Commission-based role.
L&C;Recruitment is one of the fastest-growing recruitment agencies operating within GCC Design & Build industries. We are currently looking for motivated recruitment consultants willing to work from home or our office. We have all the required tools and processes to be a successful recruiter.
To be successful in this role, you must have an entrepreneurial mindset and at least 2 years of experience within a recruitment agency.
This role is commission based, your monthly income is up to you, hence previous sales track record in the recruitment industry is essential. You will work for yourself and manage work around your own life, not the other way around!
