Our company Korea Gate General Trading LLC is urgently hiring for a Sales Admin Assistant position:
Main Job and Responsibilities:
• Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing
• Monitoring daily communications, answering any queries from clients and handling some clients concerns and complains
• Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Making quotations and Invoice processing and filing.
• Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
• Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
• Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
Qualifications:
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
• Should be a bachelor’s degree on Business Administration or equivalent
Skills:
• An organized, efficient, with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
• Expect to handle communications with vendors, clients, and internal departments, assist with sales any sales concerns.
• Should be a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
• Knows how to manage Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.)
