Contract duration: Yearly Renewable Long Term Contract.
JD:
• Experience on SaaS applications – Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud (Part of Engagement Cloud),
• Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud.
• Good Expertise in VBCS and OIC components is a must
• Knowledge of CPQ, Bigmachine coding and integration with Engagement cloud would be an added advantage
• Understanding of Cloud Architecture.
• Proficient in Groovy Scripting, Mobile and Outlook Integration and Object Customization.
• Should be able to build workflows, triggers, and Field Updates.
• Integrations and Extension to PaaS (Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling)
• Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.
• Secondary Functional Skills: These are good to have skills like Oracle CX platform
