Hiring for Business Analyst Retail
Desire candidate should have:
• Experience in the Business Analysis space, for #Lending products including #cards.
• Candidate’s exposure to working with Schemes like Visa and MasterCard may be an added advantage.
• The candidate should have good understanding of Lending products like personal loan, mortgage and credit card
• The candidate’s exposure to commercial products like commercial card may be an added advantage.
• The candidate should have experience in analyzing BRD, and Functional Specification preparation
• The candidate should have the ability to conduct walkthroughs and work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders (Business, Operations, Development, Testing, Architect etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders
• Hands on experience on Jira and Confluence is a must
