Hiring Procurement Analyst
Location: DIFC - Dubai
Job Description:
• Analyze the purchasing process and propose amelioration and new techniques
• Forecast raw materials prices on a monthly basis
• Analyze and report on current raw materials prices and trends and suggest alternatives for varied materials based on specs analysis
• Explore options and opportunities to purchase certain products
• Participate in budgeting reports for the varied materials
• Maintain confidentiality of supplier’s information
• Prepare different presentations of market analysis when requested
• Coordinate upon request of new sources and suppliers and recommend best suppliers
• Prepare and send RFQ for suppliers upon manager’s request
• Follow up on samples arrivals from suppliers and ensure proper material analysis in our Labs to qualify the suppliers
Requirements:
• BS degree in Finance, Business administration, or Economics; Masters is a plus
• Proven work experience as a procurement Analyst or similar role
• Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
• Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
• In-depth business management, supply chain, and strategic sourcing knowledge
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
