Project Manager

A Dubai based signage manufacturing company is looking for a Project Manager.
Qualified applicants should have at least 4 years of project management experience in signage industry.
Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of multiple signage projects simultaneously for various clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages the scope, schedule, budget and resources to ensure that projects are completed on-time and within budget.
• Coordinates to all departments, including site visits, materials procurements, signage fabrication and production and installation to develop a plan that will meet project goals and milestones.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and regularly provides status.
• Resolves issues and problems that arise throughout the duration of the project in a quick and efficient manner.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients and all people working in the projects.
• Assists the Accounts Department for project payment collection.
• Maintains accessible and accurate job files for all projects.
• Performs formal project closeouts in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Must be holder of Engineering or Architectural Degree.
• Demonstrated experience effectively coordinating or managing fast-paced projects in signage industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and function well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and multitask efficiently.
• Proven leadership ability with solid decision-making skills.
