Job Responsibilities:
• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relation, and human resources policies, programs, and practices
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Ensures and execute planning, monitoring, and yearly performance review of employee
• Manages human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Monitor and Prepare report for Management Performance
• Monitor and Execute Communication processes
• Maintain a smooth onboarding process
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties
• Creating clear and concise reports
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedure
• Employee/Facilitator contracts and tracking
• Completion and execution of HR Process for Management of Employees and Facilitators
• Organize, Coordinate & Schedule the Monthly Meeting for Facilitators
• Sanskara Training & training documentation assistance.
• Sanskara Hiring
• Monitor Sanskara Employees
• Sanskara HR documentation
• Employee Handbook modification
• Onboarding of Therapists and Facilitators
• Track process & coordinate for HR related issues

Salary: AED 3500 – AED 4000 Monthly
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
• Senior Human Resource: 2 years
• Hospitality Background (Preferred)
