Location: IPSOTEK JLT Office Dubai, UAE
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Support of the sales team on technical questions.
• Analysis of project requirements, generation of response to RFIs/RFPs.
• Solution design based on technology capabilities considering technical and commercial constraints.
• Technical consulting and technical documentation
SKILLS
• 2+ years’ experience in Presales, Solution Design, or similar client-facing engineering roles is mandatory.
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions both in detail to technical customers as well as at a high level to business customers. Must be comfortable presenting, speaking, and delivering consultancy/training workshops.
• Strong in mathematics. Statistics, algebra, and trigonometry are a must-have.
• Advanced logic and reasoning skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail. Proficient in English language - Spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• MS office proficiency especially Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Good experience with computer software/hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Experience in CCTV/VSS industry (Analytics, Cameras, Access Control, VMS/PSIM).
• Experience with GDPR and Data Privacy compliance.
• Experience with Cybersecurity policy.
• Experience with Linux.
• Programming skills (e.g. Python).
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
