Senior Site Engineer is responsible to manage parts of the construction project providing technical advice, supervising staff on site, and ensuring that their package are completed on time and within budget
Responsibilities:
• Manage Subcontractor activities, assess manpower equipment or other resources required, to ensure the timely completion of the project
• Coordinate with the supervisor and execute the work as per the planned schedule,
• Submit daily report like DLR, DPR
• Coordinate with Subcontractor, Store executives, planned engineers , and safety officer to ensure all the standards are maintained as per the company norms,
• Continuous training and evaluating the supervisor/foreman and workers
• Ensure the compliance with QA/QC procedures, plans and work instructions
• Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in civil division of large scale construction industry
