Finesse Global is looking for Application Support Specialist: TCS BaNCS, Location: Dubai
• Primarily responsible is to support Payment hub TCS BaNCS application to ensure smooth processing and User experience.
• Knowledge of TCS BaNCS application, backend and front END, Understands SWIFT, FTS , WPS, DDS ,NEFT ,RTGS ,SARIE and ACH Payments, knowledge of shell scripting, Jboss , Oracle , spring ,hibernate , programming Language, Support testing for Production issues.
• Updating status of the ticket in defect management tool.
• Supporting with Data Extraction / EDW report queries.
• Publishing CCN Dashboard every day, Publishing Payment hub Dashboard to management, Daily Recon for FTS files, WPS files, DDS files.
• Daily Dashboard analysis for Pending transactions crossing TAT defined by Business
