Job Location: DIP-2 Dubai
Immediate requirement
• A leading Interior Design and fit-out contracting Company in Dubai seeks to hire an Estimator to join their team.
• Responsible for estimation process
• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Computes costs by analyzing labour, material, and time requirements and presents the estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
• Visiting the client sites to gather information needed
• Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data
• Understanding drawings and joinery technical issues
• Estimating, MS Excel, MS Project will be advantage. AutoCAD will be advantage.
• Technical as joinery or civil
• Excel MS Project AutoCAD Estimating
• 5 years experience in interior designing and fit out in the UAE
• Able to communicate clearly and demonstrate his design concept to clients
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledgeable in project management
