Corporate Lawyer required
Law firm Levi Büro is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to assist with the formation of companies in the United Arab Emirates and other legal day-to-day company’s operations.
Main Duties:
• Setting up companies in the UAE (Mainland, Free Trade Zones, Offshore)
• Obtaining professional licence
• Assistance with immigration and labor issues (obtaining resident visas, tax residency status, etc.)
• Assistance with opening bank accounts
• Legal support for clients concerning business operations in UAE, attending with client’s meetings
• Representation of clients’ interests in local state authorities
Requirements:
• Permanent residence in the UAE (Should be based in Dubai)
• Law degree
• Experience in registering companies in the UAE as well as corporate, labor and migration law of the UAE
• English at upper intermediate level and above
• Preferably, ideal candidate should speak Russian and Arabic
• A good level of hard and soft skills (initiative, resilience and self-confidence, commercial awareness, attention to detail, negotiation skills)
Conditions:
• Work on a project basis
• Remuneration will be discussed based on the results of the interview
