A fast growing media production company based in the UAE specialized in videography, photography, audio production, and graphics is seeking an Accountant to join their team in the UAE.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining proper chart of accounts
• Prepare journal entries and payment vouchers
• Prepare the monthly and annual financial reports
• Prepare and submit the VAT reports in accordance with the applicable regulations
• Prepare, review and approve all petty cash replenishment requests
• Review the accounts receivable aging list on monthly basis and ensure that outstanding receivables are properly investigated
• Ensure that all payments received are processed and posted to AR subledger on a timely manner and verify accuracy/completeness of the transactions
Requirement:
• University Graduate with bachelor’s degree
• 4/5 years of Experience within the Middle East/ Gulf
• The ability to manage a small team
• Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Excellent Computer literacy
• PS: Job location is Dubai and it is fulltime and onsite job
