Hiring Machine Operators – Husky Injection Molding Preforms
Job Requirements:
• Minimum ITI / Diploma in the similar field.
• Diploma in Mold Technology from GTDC/CIPET is preferred but not compulsory.
• Min. 5 to 7 years- hands on experience in Husky Preforms.
Job Description:
• Independently setup molds and machines for mold trials and production.
• Hands on experience in production and maintenance of Husky Injection Moulding machines.
• Mold maintenance, change parts and mold changes.
• Handling PET Raw Material- loading in silos, conveying and pre-drying.
• Good understanding of Dehumidifier and its effects, and Automatic Hopper Loaders.
• Preforms Quality checking, identifying the root cause and correcting the machine settings.
• Optimize parameters for maximum productivity.
• Following the Daily Machine Maintenance programs.
