Hiring Business Development Manager –Travel
Job Location – Dubai
Salary – AED 4000 – 6000 + Sales Commission
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field
• 4- 5 years’ experience in sales / business development with Travel industry in UAE
• Must have understanding of the sales process, including commission structures, marketing plans, incentives, overrides and group sales
• Excellent communicator; good public speaker and ability to develop and deliver presentations to both agency and consumer audiences
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, lead generation, and market research.
• Identify and target new business opportunities, such as partnerships with hotels, tour operators, and other travel-related companies.
• Build a high level of Member/Travel Agent engagement through effective communication and initiatives
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Tracking and reporting on sales and business development metrics.
