A large holiday homes management company in Dubai, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their international dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, working on solutions
• Identifying specific business opportunities
• Using data modeling techniques to identify ways in which the organization can operate more effectively
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
• Interpreting and evaluating research data and developing integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
• Coordinating with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
• Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance
Requirements:
• University degree in business or related field or an MBA
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• 1+ year of experience as a business analyst/project manager in hospitality industry in UAE market is advantage
• Proficiency in English
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
