Position Title: General Manager - Construction

Job Description:
Take appropriate business decisions to ensure the achievement of Cell/Division’s target and meet the Company’s Strategic Objectives.
Company’s day-to-day activities covering Projects, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Production, and Marketing matters.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
Supervise construction managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.
Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within budget.
Create, own, and operate all systems to ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:
Open to Jordanian, Lebanese, Egyptian, or Palestinian nationals
Male, 55 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
At least 10 years of UAE experience in the same role preferably from construction – residential and commercial industry; 7 years in senior position
Must have PMP certification and Business certification
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Applications
