Senior HR Manager
• Salary - 9000 -10000 AED
• Qualification - B.Tech with MBA HR
• Experience - 12yrs to 20yrs (Minimum 5 years as Head HR)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• To Liaise with Senior Management to understand management Vision and Objectives and prepare and implement appropriate strategies for HR and Admin Department to achieve those goals.
• To upgrade and implement HR and Admin policies and procedures meeting international standards and UAE Labor Office requirements.
• To Liaise with Project Management, Prepare Budgets, Plans and arrange timelystaff placement and resources in all positions.
• Oversee and manage office requirements related to logistics, supply chain, procurement, accommodation, transport as well as operations.
• To oversee the company legal contracts, licenses, facility agreements, and other administration documents.
• To ensure all record of staff in accommodation is updated, maintain discipline and standard, direct on employee accommodation issues, allocate space, and make sure staff comply with health and safety practices.
• To oversee transportation by managing proper record, allocating and maintaining of vehicles, fuel monitoring, managing drivers and ensuring timely delivery of documents/goods to the recipients.
• To lead procurement unit by reviewing quotations, finalizing negotiations with economical purchases, building relationship with efficient and effective
• Suppliers, ensuring economical and timely purchases, verifying delivery and inventory log in the warehouse and ensure timely delivery on the site.
• To liaise with different departments regarding their requirements and approvals on ordering of necessary goods/items/inventory.
• To develop and maintain relationships with professional recruitment /outsourcing agencies and vendors in UAE, South Asia, Gulf and Mena Region.
• To act as Liaison office between Management, Staff, and projects to ensure smooth running of projects and high level of staff retention and employees’ engagements
• To Lead Investigations and appropriate actions for concerns about staff, disciplinary matters and labor office / court cases and complains.
• To lead leave management, attendance, and other HR department day to day matters and timely reporting to the Management.
• To arrange excellent professional and friendly environment throughout the company.
• To implement best practice policies, processes, and procedures in Admin and HR department to aid and improve business performance and deliver best value and business savings.
• To recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.
• To present reports and key performance data to management.
• Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the management.
