A startup company in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative.

Objectives
• Represent our company’s products and services with enthusiasm and pride.
• Generate leads online and through cold calling
• Create and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the sales manager for the next steps
• Apply the company’s best practices to refine the lead-generation process
• Utilize CRM, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messages to generate new opportunities
• Verify prospects’ needs and qualify leads
• Establish credibility with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Set up meetings and calls between (prospective) customers and the sales manager
• Report to the Head of Business Development with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of sales experience, including cold calling, with a history of exceeding lead targets
• Fluency in English & Arabic is a Must
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Proven creative problem-solving approach
• Strong desire and ability to learn, develop, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a SaaS company is preferred
• Prior experience as a sales development representative with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
