Warehouse Assistant required
• Salary based on experience and qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience required
• Location: Dubai, UAE
Overall Responsibilities:
• Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Supervises the unloading and placement of inventory items & check the incoming and outgoing shipment.
• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.
• Supervise all aspects of the inventory and ensure it is efficiently stored and displayed.
• Accounts job management
• Preparation of Delivery Order, Invoices and update DC registers.
• Prepare billing and send invoices to customers.
• Communicate with customers through emails or calls for the collection follow up and coordinate with credit personnel.
