Hiring Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive - Software Applications
Work Location- Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
• Generating leads to ensure 10-15 direct customer meetings per week through different sources
• Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the Solution from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition
• Driving new Solution sales
• Forecasting and delivering against assigned revenue targets and achieve the assigned sales volume.
• Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities
• Working with our partners in order to maintain and expand business within assigned customer accounts.
• Working with team members to drive lead generation and awareness.
• Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with Principals and Partners
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, devops and deployment methodologies
• Knowledge of Mobile Application landscape
• Knowledge in core technologies like dotnet or Java
• Previous development experience is a plus.
• Proven track record with 5+ years’ experience within UAE in selling Enterprise Applications & Services including Cloud products and Solutions
Qualifications
• 7 to 10 years of sales experience, of which 5 years involved a complex solution sales process of web and mobile applications.
• Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business.
• Experience in selling Mobile and Custom Web Applications to clients in UAE
• Excellent client contacts in UAE
• Proven Track record of achieving Sales targets on a consistent basis for the last 5 years
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• UAE Driving license with a car is a must.
• Maintain awareness of relevant competitive Enterprise Applications products and technologies
• Demonstrate superior presentation and demonstration skills.
