JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Please ensure that all fire ratings of doors are followed by Dubai Civil Defense, BM Trade, Global Assessment Specifications, and Qualifications Requirements.
• Establish the cost expectation of the project and prepare a Bill of quantities for tender submissions to the client.
• Prepares technical specification proposal for alternatives and recommendations for the Client review and acceptance and make necessary modification for value engineering requests.
• Prepares master log list for tender inquiries to ensure that all offers will be submitted on or before deadlines.
• Do regular follow-ups for tender inquiries.
• Update the price master list to ensure the availability and the current prices of materials in the market.
• Make necessary layout sketches from the information received using AutoCAD Application.
• Prepare Payment Certificate / Invoice against work done at the site.
• Review the draft sub-contract agreements received from the client and ensure that all technical issues are reflected and highlighted.
• Prepare all necessary documents & requirements for submission.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by getting additional related courses.
• Minimum 10 Years of UAE Experience
