• 2 to 3 years of experience
• Must be graduate
• Good at teamwork
• Excellent in MS Excel
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated reports like cash reconciliation and petty cash
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance
• Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks
• Ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit by balancing in the cash flow
• Responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
• Responsible for making necessary entries regarding payment such as local entries, TR entries and Invoice entries
