We need a Façade Engineer for our Metal Company in Dubai, UAE. Who is responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing the structural and architectural features of building façades?
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop designs that meet client requirements and specifications.
• Use CAD software and other relevant tools to create detailed drawings and designs.
• Perform structural analysis and simulations to ensure the safety and stability of the façade structures.
• Select materials and components for the façade systems and oversee the fabrication and installation process.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, and provide progress reports to clients and project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners to build a strong network and secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience working with metal structures, façade systems, and building envelopes.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software, structural analysis tools, and relevant industry standards and codes.
