Job Description:
Direct and oversee an organization’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Leads the sales team properly into achieving the targeted goal.
Qualifications:
• Has 3 or more years of experience in sales.
• Familiar with a variety of real estate investment concepts.
• Motivated and passionate about the field.
• Leadership skills.
• High negotiation and communication skills.
• Local and international market awareness.
• Dedicated to achieving the target along with the team members.
