Hiring Accountant/Admin
Location: Dubai
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the company’s financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll and general ledger
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and activities
• Provide administrative & human resource support including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, recruiting, onboarding and benefits administration
• Manage office supplies and inventory and oversee office maintenance and upkeep
• Ensure compliance with all financial, administrative and legal requirements
• Candidate should be ready to travel on site as per the job requirement
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 1+ years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping [Minimum 1 Year Exp. required]
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (Tally etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures is a plus
