Job Brief:
Our Client in UAE is looking for a highly-capable Real Estate Sales Manager to help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping their company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial position or a similar role in a B2B environment of the UAE market
• Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients
• In-depth understanding of running digital classified businesses
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
