Saba Bridges is seeking to hire a full-time commercial Litigation Associate in Dubai. Successful candidates should have mid/senior level associate experience and possess solid legal analytical and drafting skills, along with substantial experience in drafting legal briefs and memoranda.
They also should be responsible for conducting legal research on complex issues.
The commercial litigation candidates should also be able to operate independently with little guidance and have the ability to think critically when presented with complicated matters, the role shall include meeting with Clients, inquiring about all necessary documentations, discussing the same with Clients then providing a skeleton of the proposed strategy and way forward,
In addition to following up on the ongoing cases with the local lawyer before the Courts. Experience with a minimum of 5 years in litigation in the UAE is required.
