Hiring Automobile Supervisor / Team Leader
• Report to Service manager of Workshop load, customer concerns, Technician’s performance
• And other relevant matters to the job role.
• Ensure full utilization of Workshop available Labor and resources to achieve operational targets.
• Supervise subordinates to produce quality of work.
• Assist staff technically and trains them.
• Allocate job cards and manages technicians to maximize the through put by aligning jobs to skill sets within team
• Ensure that the technicians carry out the jobs within the allotted time.
• Follows up to ensure productivity within the Workshop.
• Ensure the most effective use of available time and equipment.
• Recommend Warranty jobs for the approval of Service manager. In absence of the Service
• Manager, approval can be obtained by the Warranty Manager.
• Ensure the Workshop observes all Warranty process conditions and supervises the correct
• Tagging and storage of the Warranty parts.
• Ensure all required information on each Job card for each job is properly maintained.
• Gives practical assistance, on the job training and technical advice to subordinates.
• Inform the Service Advisor and Service Manager if necessary on any unclear working
• Instructions or costly extensions on the repair.
• Perform additional duties/assignment as directed.
