Steward

We are currently recruiting a Steward.
The preferred candidate must be in UAE.
You’re Day To Day
• To carry out daily duties delegated to you from daily/ weekly/ monthly cleaning schedules, ensuring that the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
• To carry out the chemical codes of practice detailed in the Stewarding standards manual.
• To ensure safe, correct and economic use of Stewarding equipment including dishwashing machine, glass washing machine, floor cleaning machine, silver burnisher.
• To effectively clean and polish operational equipment to the required standard including cutlery, crockery, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, chaffing dishes, copperware, etc.
• To clean stewarding storage areas to the required standards.
• To carry out cleaning of all hoods and filters at regular intervals to the required standards.
• To set-up buffets for all theme nights, lunch, banquet functions, etc.
• To carry out cleaning of all hoods and filters at regular intervals to the required standards.
• To consistently provide and maintain the highest standard of guest care and service.
• To maintain your departmental area in a safe, hygienic and presentable state at all times and to support any damage to furniture, fittings and equipment to the Stewarding Supervisor.
• To carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by the stewarding supervisor or management.
Requirements:
• High school graduate.
• Command of English is essential.
• Hardworking and committed individual with the capability to adapt easily.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
