We’re on the look for an ICT/ELV Sales Manager to join our team in the #UAE.
Key Qualifications:
• 15+ years’ experience in Marketing & Sales of ICT & physical security systems
• Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or similar
• Strong background of hunting for new business and defending the install base
• Ability to discuss and negotiate at all levels
• Arabic speaker (preferred)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals
• Understands the principles of sales and marketing, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a dear focus on high quality and business profit, a natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
• Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
