Dubai based.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
50% commission-only basis, rising to 55% once senior!
Job requirements:
• Generating new business using the client database
• Matching clients to specific properties
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers with developers
• Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
• Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
• Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai
Remuneration:
• Visa and medical insurance
• 50/50 Commission Structure
• Extensive marketing support
• Metro Card & SIM card
Other:
• Driving license essential (UAE Based or easily convertible)
• Any nationalities are welcome
• Languages - English is compulsory written & spoken to European standards
• Arabic / French / Spanish speaking is a bonus
