Job description
• A Food Engineer is a professional who works in the agriculture, food processing, or food manufacturing industry.
• He or she is directly involved in processes to supply safe and healthy food materials like cupcakes, wafers, Swiss rolls, Biscuits, etc.
• A Food Engineer is focused on developing packaging techniques, processing and improving food quality.
• He or she applies engineering principles for storage, processing and distribution of food materials and other products.
• Food Engineer also ensures adequate storage of stocks of canned, boxed and bagged food stuff on shelves of store with the good quality and nutritional value for consumption.
• He or she also ensures compliance of food processes with the local and state regulatory standards.
• Food Production Engineer
• A Food Engineer is a professional who is responsible for processing, packaging and improving food products.
• He or she either works in the agricultural or food processing industry holding the responsibility of ensuring higher quality of food products including safety, supply, nutrition, and value.
• Minimum Experience 5-8 years
• Previously work experience plant manager will be an advantage.
