Job Description:
Tasneef Training Center, a leading provider of training in Management System Training, Health and Safety, Food Safety, IOSH, NEBOSH, and Highfields qualifications, is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and sales and be driven to generate revenue growth by creating and executing effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our training courses.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage social media platforms and create content for various marketing channels.
• Coordinate and execute events and webinars to engage prospects and customers.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
• Assist with other marketing and sales initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or sales coordination, preferably in the training or education sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for marketing and sales.
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, ISO management systems, IOSH, NEBOSH, and Highfields qualifications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
