Design Development Manager:
• Minimum 10 of years’ experience;
• Design Development / Coordination Background, working experience with development companies;
• Extensive experience working on large scale projects - preferably residential;
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders;
• Proficient in drafting progress reports and RFPs;
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Design Development Coordinator
• Minimum 8 years of experience;
• Design Development / Coordination Background, working experience with Development companies;
• Experience in design and development of commercial assets;
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders;
• Proficient in drafting progress reports and RFPs;
• Proactive with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
