Hiring Manager Human Resources – Business Bay, Dubai
• Collaborating with Management to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to talent & acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Handling periodic appraisals, KPI’s including the development of job descriptions.
• Function as a strategic business advisor to Management on all aspects of HR.
• Provide guidance to the HR function developing policies, high-performance culture, empowerment, quality, productivity and standards operating procedures.
• Develop and Assess training needs for all employees.
• Oversee continued enhancement and evaluation of HR business processes and support digitalization of HR utilizing technologies and processes.
• Monitor and advise Management on all changes in Labor laws and ensure statutory compliance.
• Minimum 10+ years of overall experience with minimum 5 years in UAE. Candidates must be based in UAE. The position can be required to travel in Sharjah Brach occasionally.
• Salary all-inclusive up to AED 15,000.
