Hiring VOC Technical Officer for Dubai location!
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Chemical engineering
• At least 2 years’ experience
• Trainings: ISO 17065, ISO 9001, G-mark, MoIAT
Responsibilities:
• To verify conformity documents of the files allocated to him/her, as per the applicable standards, related VoC procedures and country regulations.
• Checking of inspection reports for the files allocated to him/her, mainly for VoC Technical aspects & report inspector’s performance with regards to quality and accuracy.
• Acquisition and maintenance of a good knowledge of the VoC market.
• Contribute to the overall technical development of VoC. Coordination between the Inspection Activities and Technical/ Commercial activities.
• Coordination between LOs/PICs and Dubai Regional Centre for voe activities, as applicable.
• Guide clients on VoC Technical concerns, when required.
• Share good practices/execute good co-ordination (as applicable) between BV technical services and the customers.
• Continuous acquisition and maintenance of technical knowledge of the VOC procedures, requirements and standards.
• To consult BV’s internal knowledge management tool for update of VOC procedures/relevant information.
• Proposal of improvements to N+1 in daily tasks.
• Reporting of discrepancies and difficulties met in reaching quality goals / time schedules to N+1.
