• Location: Office# 602, Bay Gate Business Bay, Dubai United Arab Emirates
• Timings: 10 am - 6 pm
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Job Description:
• Assisting and Supporting in HR procedures including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, etc.·
• Keeping thorough records of employees’ databases and information·
• Maintaining record of all the employees’ personal and corporate files·
• Establishing security procedures, paperwork, and employee filing·
• Supervising all the daily activities of the human resources department·
• Ensuring that all employees adhere to HR rules·
• Resolving termination issues, workplace conflicts, employee complaints, and disciplinary issues
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Experience:
