Hiring Applications Support Engineer
Essential day-to-day Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.
• Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
• Prioritize multiple, open issues.
• Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses.
• Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions.
• Maintain service reports.
• Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution.
Qualification & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in computer science or similar.
• 2-5 years in similar position.
• Extensive knowledge in databases structure, queries and design.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding in Integration methodologies, APIs, Webhooks and Web services.
• Excellent communication skills, email writing, and reporting.
• Project coordination skills.
• Extra: experience with Perfect Gym, Zenoti, Micros.
