We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Project controller with minimum 4-6 years UAE Experience with Civil Engineering background who can join immediately with below knowledge.
• Have a sound working knowledge of construction and contract law and various forms of Conditions of Contract
• Estimating and cost planning.
• Valuation of works with necessary documents to invoice to customers.
• Monitoring of costs to ensure that the budget isn’t exceeded, and that cost savings are achieved.
• Good leadership skills, able to work independently.
• Manage correspondence including the timely pricing and agreement of variations, effective handling of contract charges, and early settlement of disputes / claims.
• Preparation, submission of project variations and negotiation of claims.
• Entire project cycle monitor from estimation to final closing of the project technical and commercial.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Civil Engineering.
• 4-6 years Gulf Working experience in both pre and post contract.
• Good leadership skills, able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Auto Card / Excel
