Digital Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for an Arabian restaurant located in Dubai
Min 2 ear of relevant experience in the same role.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that are consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
• Design, implement, and track marketing KPIs to drive marketing performance and build a data-driven culture.
• Envelop effective marketing funnels and conversion tracking methodologies, and optimize performance at each stage to drive improved results.
• Define advertising and campaign objectives, recommend a choice of media, and allocate and oversee resources to ensure campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for the intended audience.
• Play the lead role in acquiring and maintaining relationships with agencies, vendors, and other external teams as required.
• Adjust the marketing strategy and plans after analyzing success factors and areas of improvement with the team to meet performance goals and change customer needs.
• Collaborate with other key leaders in the company to ensure marketing activities are in alignment with their functions and overall business objectives.
• Oversee and sign off on all marketing activities, taking ownership of deadlines and targets within the allocated budget.
• Play a key role in mentoring, training, and developing the team internally and up-skilling the external team to function as per business needs.
