الوصف الوظيفي ON OFF VACATION HOLIDAY HOMES is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Client Coordinator with an extensive experience in Holiday Homes or Hotel reservations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Responsibilities: *Be the first point of contact for all our guests via phone, email, and chat. *Ensure all reservations are processed in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner *Act as the primary liaison between the guest and the Company *Managing Properties and booking reservations on portals like RMS, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Bayut, Dubizzle, Vrbo, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, Agoda, etc… *Handle reservations, inquiries, and cancellations in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner *Quote available rates to maximize room revenue according to Company standards *Coordinate with clients for bookings, room availabilities, and extra services *Follow through with delightful tasks, such as delivering extra items to guests’ mid-stay, troubleshooting systems and appliances, housekeeping cleaning, and maintenance requests. *Enter reservations into the database according to standard operating procedures *Maintain accurate files and reports *Ensure the quality of work provided meets the expectations of the Company *Perform other relevant assignments as requested *Deliver a world-class and personalized hospitality experience in our properties, making our guests come back time after time. *Assist our guests with their needs during the booking process, pre-stay, during their stay, and post-stay, and assure a better rate for our services applicable on reviews. *Collaborate with third-party cleaning partners to ensure each of our properties is cleaned on time and with the highest standards. *Book reservations and add-on sales by closing lead opportunities. *Proactively respond to troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely and positive manner. *Work with our various teams to find scalable solutions that improve quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. *Maintain company culture by having an upbeat and open attitude. *Build and maintain positive relationships with building staff and vendors. Qualifications: *You need to have proven records of experience in holiday Homes for a minimum of 1 yr *A driving license & car is a must. *Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment with a limited margin of error. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills We offer: Monthly salary Visa & Insurance Admin support Friendly workspace Note: Contact Reference is a must!
