RPA Business Analyst
Location: Dubai
• 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in process improvement and system requirements/implementation
• Experience with Process Improvement/Workflow mapping tools (e.g. Visio)
• Familiarity with Automation Life Cycle (ALC) methodology a plus
• Experience as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for interfacing between business users/stakeholders to answer any queries that arise during the development and testing of an automated solution
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• 3+ years of experience as a techno-functional analyst in RPA technology, a plus
• Experience with RPA software requirements development (PDDs & SDDs), a plus
• Business Analyst certification from Automation Anywhere, UiPath, a plus
