• Total Experience - 12-15 Years
• Last 5-8 years must be in IT and been at the Managerial role
• Should be strong in HR operations.
• Will be responsible for Middle East
• Will be responsible for All HR Functions
• Leadership experience must. Ability to deal with Management / Sr Management
• As HR leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the growth of our business in GCC and India and leading HR operations for entire organization.
• You will lead a team of HR professionals and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Willing to locate to Dubai
