• Atleast 5 to 8 year of experience as an HR generalist
• Excellent training and recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and legislation
• Can handle and execute end to end HR operation process
• Good People management skills
• Ability to multi task prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent organizational skill, can work independently
• Able to conduct training for field staff
• Must have HR qualification CIPD, MBA, SHRM
• Experience in logistics company is an added advantage
