الوصف الوظيفي Tasks Within the agency, your role will be to : • Meet and greet prospects and clients from the front desk to the sales lounge ; • Receive, open, read and send email and report to the corresponding services ; • Ensure incoming calls, route or report to the relevant person ; • Plan maintenance services on the premises (cleaning team, food, beverage, etc.) ; • Prepare materials to support group meetings (printing of documents/files to be studied, provision of pens or water bottles, etc.) ; • Organise customer events in collaboration with department heads ; • Responsible of internal concierge service. Type of contrat Permanent contract. Avaibility Immedialtely. Localisation Dubai (UAE).
