Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for formulating, publishing, revising, interpreting, and reviewing the operating procedures, monitoring the standard procedures for POD/POA analysis.
• Perform an auditing procedure in line with trained POD/POA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Give constructive feedback in both a clear, and consistent manner.
• Highlight achievements as well as mistakes and set up methods of formative assessment to evaluate work.
• Analyze performance trends; provide recommendations for future improvement.
• Documenting defects and making improvements and sharing them with the concerned department
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to the management.
Requirements:
• Productive experience in logistics industry knowledge of operational principles and policies
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving ability to drive process control improvements / effectiveness to our business processes that enhance performance - able to simplify information or situations to provide clarity and support a decision.
• Good Microsoft office skills such as Microsoft excel and word criteria.
