We are hiring for our client, for the role of HRMS Specialist
• Location - Dubai, UAE.
• Salary - AED 5300 - AED 5800.
• Contract - 6 months
• 1 year of experience in maintenance of Oracle HCM/HRMS work structures – organizations, position, grade, grade rates and functional approvers.
Job Role-
• Handle maintenance of Oracle HCM/HRMS work structures – organizations, position, grade, grade rates and functional approvers.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for Oracle HCM across the group companies
• Conduct End-User Training or Knowledge sharing sessions with HR and staff.
• Familiarity and deep understanding of HR processes and policies
• Self-Starter, a good team player, enthusiastic and very customer oriented
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Power BI skills
• Knowledge of SharePoint skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability and flexibility to interact with staff on different levels
• Proactively identify any Oracle HCM/HRMS operational risk and undertake appropriate action steps
