Workshop Floor Manager

Hiring Workshop Floor Manager – Dubai
• Salary : 5000 – 8000 AED
• Nationality: Any
• Language: English, Arabic (Preferred)
• This position will manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and managing the day to day operations in the workshop.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Looking after all floor operations from repairs, service, maintenance, performance enhancements Etc.
• Regularly monitor progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Team.
• Report on manpower overruns or shortfalls.
• Offer technical inputs to the technicians, wherever required.
• Ensure Technicians’ optimum utilization, productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures within company policies.
• Communicate with purchase team of all the parts, spares & consumables required to complete the work.
• Conduct a check on the vehicles in workshop area, to ensure that all jobs mentioned in the job card have been completed as per quality guidelines.
• Ensure proper job distribution and follow-up so that work is done correctly and as per the job card
• Ability to train and lead a team.
Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Automotive or related field.
• Should be locally available in UAE and ready to join immediately.
• Should have minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in UAE.
• Gulf experience and possess strong automotive knowledge of multiple brands.
• Extensive Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repair
• Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence vital for this role.
