Business Development Executive required
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Dubai Office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing our client base in the Middle East
Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients in the UAE through research, networking and lead generation
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase revenue and maximize business opportunities
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business and contracts
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
• Attend industry events and conferences to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry
• Knowledge of the UAE market and recruitment industry trends
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
